We wouldn't breed until we were set up to have roos. If or when that happens we would do a proper integration to the existing flock where he would be a premenent member. I have had far too mamy people tell me they lost an entire batch of chickens because they didn't listen to me and integrate properly. Chicken turf wars and terrible.
