Can someone help me with gender?

We have two bourbon red poults. They are about 2.5 months old.

I'm no expert at all, but I do have BRs also... the bottom picture looks, to me, like a possible male. The head is red in excitement (my male's head changes colors more drastically and often than my females and did as babies as well).

I know you can look at the back of the neck. Feathers from the head down the back and connecting to the body feathers usually indicates male. Females won't have real feathers, just sort of fuzz that will go away as they grow. Also, after a few months, the snood should become more pronounced on the male.

My guess is 2 hens. They are VERY henish lol. Short tails, high neck feathering, short snoods, little neck coloring, and light feet. But then again I've been wrong before. Lol just my best guess.

Well it seems to have taken forever to determine but I have a hen and a tom.
