Can you incubate eggs that have been in the fridge?

I was just wandering if you can incubate them after theyve been in the fridge. How long can the eggs sit on the counter before you shouldnt use them?

I certainly had good success with refrigerated eggs on my first attempt. Some of the eggs were 7 days old.
