Can you mix up a bunch of eggs and freeze for later

Do beaten eggs freeze well. Would be ideal if you have too many and it would also cover the moulting months and cold season.

I've heard of people doing so but I haven't tried it. I would probably only use them as "scrambled eggs"only if I did.
 
Beaten as in whipped whites for merguines, I do not know. You can freeze eggs separated or whole and it is recommended you mix them up a bit. They keep a few months and are good for baking and should be okay scrambled.
 
Mix then up and freeze in ice trays. When they're frozen break the ice trays and store in freezer bags. When you use them in recipes 1 cube = 1 egg.
