Canned Chicken Broth

If you can chicken broth how long is it good for and do you have to keep it in the fridge?


Sorry if this is has already been covered, but I tried searching the forum but if you search for chicken broth it returns almost everything. ha

most people on here call it stock and if you use a pressure canner is has the usual shelf life. do a search for Frugals thread on making chicken stock - answers all questions!

I don't keep mine in the fridge, but then, I do use a pressure canner. I haven't found a lifetime to it yet, as I keep eating it long before anything would expire.
