Cat Food

I saw a posting on here earlier how hens love cat food. I only have 2 hens so if I was to start feeding them wet cat food how much and is it ok to give it them daily? And stupid question but is any flavor ok ha ha ha

I have only read on here that cat food really isn't good for chickens. You can give it to them every once on a while but it's not really good for them.

Cat food is fine for hens but only in small amounts and as part of a balanced diet.

They eat worms and bugs so why not a little cat food. Seems like a good thing for birds that don't get out to roam and find them.

I don't think it would be an every day thing but a little at a time I am sure would please most any chicken ......
