Chick with bad leg

I have a chick born a couple days ago, it has one leg that it keeps straight all the time, how do I help correct it?

I tried putting a bandage on both legs but it just falls over and chirps like crazy.

Sounds like a slipped tendon, do a search on BYC for "treating slipped tendon".
