chick with intestines outside of body

Last night I checked eggs under broodies and found a new chick--so weak I thought it was dead, but it wasn't so I put it back under the mom. This morning it was fluffed out, normal sized (though I hadn't expect this egg to hatch yet), but still very lethargic, one eye not opened and some intestines outside its body. I got it to drink a little and put it back under the mom, figuring it was dying. An hour later I checked and the intestines seem to have gone up inside its body. Still eye closed and lethargic. Is there anything I can do?
