Chicken acting weird, Don't know what's wrong, please help

I don't have a picture now as we hosed of the patio (where I saw it) and i didn't get a pic in time, I will look out for any more. Should I wait in between worming and doing corid, will it hurt to do both at the same time? Her face goes back and forth from red to pale I've noticed as well.

I think it was cocci because it's been a few days since we started the medicine on them and today they're all acting so much better I don't wanna jinx it but I think they're gonna be okay. Thanks all for the help, i would have been lost without it
