I raise these, and she is a sliver lakenvelder. She will get the black around the front of the neck and the white earlobes will develop. She'll lay white eggs.

I agree,Silver Lakenvelder. I have 2 Silver Lakenvelders I raised from chicks and they looked like that when they were that age.
