Chicken drinking excessively but looks well otherwise

Morning,

I have a chicken red domestic hen who's had very watery poo, this morning she hasn't moved from water, keeps drinking and then falls asleep. She's got a lovely red head and tails up but there's def something up. Any ideas?

No, not at all. This chicken was unwell a few weeks ago, I thought I'd lost her but she picked up. But now she's doing this.

Worm her with Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer or Safeguard liquid goat wormer. Give her one or the other wormer orally 1/2cc. Then again 10 days later. Worm all your birds.
