Chicken eye

Does any know what may be wrong with my chickens eye.. She seems to be having some issues with the right eye, squinty or closes it all the time .. she leans to the left with her good eye to feed. I’ve read to use terramycin ointment however I’ve seen no improvement after a few weeks. Any suggestions would be helpful! Videos link below

I added 2 links of videos. Thanks. It’s more dry than anything, feels warm around the eye, not swollen. None of the things you mentioned. She seems completely fine except for that one eye. its been going on for a month now.
