Chicken has swollen cheek

Noticed this afternoon that this hen has a swollen left cheek. She’s acting normal but I don’t know what the cause might be. Just wondering if anyone out there has any advice.

The yellowish stuff in the mouth...does it stink?
Open her mouth and see if it's full of stinky stuff.

I would look for canker, a yellow bad smelling infection inside the beak and throat that can spread to the crop. It is a protozoan infection treated by certain drugs such as metronidazole (Aqua Zole online,) ronidazole and others. Cannyou open the beak and get a picture?

Can you get a photo of the inside of the beak?

I agree with @Eggcessive that is may be canker that you are dealing with.
