Decided to let my birds carve my pumpkin this Year.

A neighbor who raises pumpkins brings me the unsold ones every fall for my poultry and ruminants.

It appears that your duck, at least, is a much more adept carver than mine. Or, my birds are just more spoiled. Except for the geese, the rest of the flocks wait for me to crack open the pumpkin shell. Then, it's game on!
