I have this sapphire gem chicken it’s four and a half months old and I believe it’s a rooster but I would like to see what other people think

Can you post a free standing profile picture? It may just be an early maturing pullet.

At 4.5 months old, it should be crowing if it’s a cockerel, I think it’s a pullet about to lay.

It looks like a pullet to me (hen). I don't see any hackle or saddle feathers growing. Very pretty bird!
