I have probably 100s of dogwood bush tree things growing all over. They are mostly the blue and white berry varieties. I know birds can eat them so Im assuming chickens and other fowl can too?

Once the dogwood berries are ripe I would like to feed some to the chickens if it is safe for them.

Does anyone know if it is ok for them to eat them?

Thank you,

I have 20 acres with dogwood growing all over the place. My chickens LOVE it! They can't wait for the berries to get ripe and fall. They jump and do anything they can to get at the berries. Their crops were full of the seeds last fall when we butchered so I know they're safe. We have the white berries kind.
