Chickens crop not digesting

I have 2 chickens in the same room but only one of their crops is like a red vainy ball almost like a tumour, I’ve seen a lot of posts about it and I’ve managed to make her sick and poop a little but it’s still huge, what do I do her bones are really showing and she’s loosing feathers

How old are the chickens?
What do you feed?

When are you checking the crop? Check first thing in the morning before they have had anything to eat/drink. This gives you the best information about crop function.
