Chickens for the poor

Does anyone know of any ministeries whereby chicken people like us are organized to go into poor countries and set up small scale chicken/egg operations for orphanages and villages?

I haven't heard of that specifically, but there is a program called Samaritan's Purse and you can send donations to third world countries to be used for certain items like chickens, ducks, water purifiers, Bibles, coats, etc. It is a good program and my family donates a small amout each year.
