Chickens in Pig pen

Is it safe for chickens to be scratching in empty pig pen? Can they get sick from pig poo?

I have a converted pig barn that I have my chickens in and I haven't had a problem yet. Mine has wooden floors and as much as I tried I couldn't get all he poo out. But as of now I have had no problems.

ok Thanx,
I know they can share some diseases but the hogs were all healthy never had any illness. I just wasn't sure.
