Chickens Need to be rescued...

I recieved a call this morning from a friend of the family that knows someone who has six chickens that need to rescued immediately...the problem I have is I dont have a coop/shelter other than my current coop but I will not put my crew at risk..i feel guilty not being able to take them does anyone have any suggestions?

do you have a dog crate or a kiddie play pen of some sort as a temp holding pen you can put inside your garage? anything that will keep them confined for safety and the garage should keep them out of the elements and quarantined.

Do you know anone that you can borrow a big crate from??? Any wa you can section off a part of a garage with some type of ld fence or boards and stuff???
