Chicks not eating fermented feed

Do I need to give them time? They want nothing to do with it. Right now I just fermented their commercial grain. They are only a week old so I wasn't sure I could add much more to it. Thoughts?

Sprinkle a little dry on top, dip the leaders beak in it, and remove any other food source. Chickens will not allow themselves to go hungry so they will eat it in time.
