Thank you so much for all that info! I’ve given her a few soak but I’ll added the epson salt. I’ve been using preparation h as the ointment.

Question- the medicated feed has includes Amprolium to aid in prevention of coccidiosis. Do you think I should do an additional dose?

Chick starter has a minute amount of Amprolium.
You will need to treat with Corid if you want to treat for Coccidiosis.

Do what others are suggested, but I also wanted to add that it might be good to add some Sav-A-Chick probiotic powder to their water. That's not gonna 100% solve the problem but it might help with getting the poop more solid. It also doesn't hurt to add their electrolyte powder as well. Good luck.
