My kids are raising cornish x for our county fair. They have all turned the color of the shavings that we are using for their bedding. Any idea how to clean them up?

I use Orvis to wash my livestock.. Some people use bluing on their white chickens. I've never tried it. afraid I'll turn my birds blue.

I was worried that they might have a coronary if we give them a bath. I'll have to look for Orvis. Is that a livestock shampoo?
It is a livestock shampoo - the old tubs of it I used to use stated for cattle 
I used it on horses and dogs, good stuff. It lathers up nice even with hard, cold water and it rinses clean.

Our Tractor Supply stores carry it, most any good livestock feed store that carries supplies for showing livestock should have it. It's been around forever.
