Clipping turkeys wings?

Could I clip my new turkeys wings so they can't fly over a 4 foot fence? I'm new to turkeys so sorry if it's a stupid question.

It depends on the fence. Clipped wings or not, a turkey can easily hop up onto a 4' fence and 90% of the time it will hop back down on the wrong side of the fence.

If their is a top rail on the fence or if it is a wood fence, clipping the turkey's wings won't make much difference at all.

ya 4ft fence can easily be hoped by a turkey. i dont clip my turkeys wings . as long as they have food and water they will stay at home.
