Here's my 1 week old Mottled Fizzle Cochins!

I have three English Cochins they are five weeks old one of mine still has a lot of yellow on it but the others are blue I think u have blue or lavender there

not sure what you mean by English cochins... technically they are Asian by place of origin.

and lavender is the name of the GENE, but the color is called self blue. it's a recessive mutation that dilutes black to a light blue color. different from blue/splash that is dominant and dilutes black in stages - one copy of the gene is blue, 2 copies is splash - pale silvery white/grey with splotches of darker color randomly scattered on the bird.

definitely, would look more like this is it was mottled.
