Cockerel or Pullet Golden Laced Wyandotte?

This is my Golden Laced Wyandotte about 8/9 weeks old. I did have another golden laced Wyandotte but he was for sure a rooster. Thoughts?

That's a cockerel. The solid shoulder patches are a give away for this breed/color.

Often quite early, but every bird is different.

I'll post a picture. What I can see in the picture is that the gold color is deeper right at the shoulders than the gold color elsewhere, and there are also some gold feathers without lacing at all. Both signs of a cockerel. Comb and wattles are also large and red.

Sometimes the females can get bigger, colorful combs and wattles early in these two varieties. Not always, though.

I think GL-2 is definitely a female. I'd give a little more time for the other two. They are pinking up a bit, but I wouldn't worry about that. They just need to feather out more to gender them. I'd say 2 or 3 weeks more. Unless someone else pops in and can tell now.

One in the 2nd picture might be a cockerel but other than that pullets.
