Cockerel or pullets?

Heckle and Speckle, these two were hatched 13 weeks ago tomorrow from a Cuckoo Marans roo and a Black Australorp hen. I'm thinking cockerels, both, but am not 100% certain. What say ye?

I see the Streamers or whatever they're called though, the sickles? Never seen them on a female ^^;

They must be pretty slow developing if that is all the redder their faces are if they are male.

That was sort of confusing for me too. All of the other roos I've had were totally obvious before 13 weeks. But, I think the tail feathers are pretty telling.

I wondered if mixed breeds might have different signs than pure breed chickens. These are my first home hatched chickens from my own existing flock, so I just wasn't totally sure.
