Help with color clarification of these two. I was thinking bronze at first but they seem very light colored from ones I've seen and have had years ago. I'm sure it's too early to tell gender. They are about 4 to 4-1/2 months old.

Both look like Narragansett. But better pics would help.
Put something out to attract their attention and back away or get someone else to draw their attention from you.
These were the best I could get. This time they were terrified I brought my 4 year old out with me. Lol

They just don't look quite like the ones I've seen. Maybe they will as they get older.
Little late to the thread, both are definitely hens and I second (third?) to some sort of Narragansett. Golden Narragansetts in my experience are darker when they’re young and lighten up to be a bit darker than a regular Narragansett, so for now I would say these probably are just regular Narragansetts, not golden since these look pretty light coloured already. For reference a 4 month old golden Narragansett:

You need to take better pics without the fence between the camera and them. Tak a full side view and a full front view. The pictures need to be in focus without any obstructions between the birds and the camera.

At 4 months old they should be able to be sexed from photos which a third view from the back looking down on them with the back of the neck and top of the head included.

From theses pics and stated age, they both look like hens to me and neither is a pure Bronze.
