Ya how does it get the gene to have no feathers or scaleless

I was fortunate enough to get some hatching eggs that had that genetic possibility. Hatched out those got two carriers (it is recessive needs both parents to be carriers ) and viola there he is.

Here's entry # 1. Heritage breed barnyard mix I believe is Sultan/Silkie, hatched by Goody Broody. Name is Oodles, mama is a Sultan named Poodle Monroe.

Speaking of that have any of you seen where scientists made a chicken look like a dinosaur. Just by turning off and on sertin geans scales on whole body tail and hands
