This is my broody Big Mama with her chicks out of the coop for the first time. The first picture is of her and a couple of the chicks almost two weeks old and already jumping up on tree stumps.

She has been a real good mama to her babies and it's so much fun watching her interact with them.
Here she was taking them out for a walk.

What breed is this Hen? I have one that looks identical in color.

Cherry and some of her baby's she is telling them about the world they just hatced into.

Cherry is a wonderful mother ended up raising up every pea chick i put in the brooder, there were over 60 of them that year.
