Another great day of progress (used a vacation day). Normally I would have sheathed the outer walls before roofing but there is a storm inbound that will be either snow or ice. I'll take a foot of snow over an inch of ice...anyway. The roof overhangs the front and back wall 2 feet and 1 foot on the sides. My nest boxes will be both in the front and the back, so the extended eave will nice. A good friend that is a home builder came to help and brought his nail gun that expedited things tremendously. Another friend that is also a GC gave me about $700 worth of nice brown archetectual shingles...so my girls will be styling (I love freebies). I will figure out how to make my own page here and post all the pixs to date. Last pix with shingles done is kinda dark, I'll replace it soon
