I figured out how to add multiple pictures. So, here are more pictures of the chicken coop build.
I am going to line the floor with linoleum and shove the waste out the small opening.
Still undecided about the type of roof or siding on.
I ordered these for my water station I am building out of 3” pvc.
RentACoop Pack of 4 - Automatic Chicken Water Cup Waterer Kit for Poultry

I am going to have one or two 12” by 12” windows.
AdirOffice Acrylic Plexiglass Sheet - Transparent, Plastic Sheeting - Durable, Water Resistant & Weatherproof - Multipurpose & Ideal for Countless Uses 12’’x12’’ 1/8'' Thick – 3 Pack, Clear for the windows.

These I thought would be good vents.

What is the footprint of that coop?
How many chickens are you planning on?
What is your general location in the world? You can/should update your profile with that information.
Those are some very long overhangs. How are you going to open the windows?

Those were before I cut them. The coop is 4’ by 2’ and the run is 4’ by 20’. Tacoma Washington is where we are. Planning on 4 to 6 chickens.

4x2 is enough room for 2 to 3 birds. They require 3 to 4 sq ft per bird in the coop.
The run can accommodate 6 to 8.

I guess I’ll have three to four happy chickens, unless I build another small coop. The plans said that this footprint could accommodate four chickens.

Looks good! I wouldn't get too hung up on SF per bird, etc. Those are all guidelines and what they "need" vs what they would "like" vs what is "BYC politically chicken correct" are very different things. Before I had a clue about chickens I kept 10 in a coop about that size. They did just fine. Then I learned that it is more healthy for them to have 2-3sf per bird in the coop, but even then, it depends on how long you are going to confine them to the coop. Once they are on their roost they stay put pretty well all night. If you leave them locked up in the morning for extended time and you have too many birds in there, they'll pretty much beat eat other up. But if you let them out pretty quick (or if the run is secure and they have free range to come and go in the coop as they please) and you put your roosts in there right, I think you can fit 6 despite only having "officially" 8SF. You're putting a lot of work into the coop, so I am sure you'll make a good decision when it comes time for the chickens. Knowing what I know now, I'd likely keep 4 in there and I think they'd be very happy chickens. Enjoy the build!

Don't feel bad in the least. Many, many people get tricked by what plans say it will hold, or what is printed on the pre-made coop box in the store. It's frustrating for sure. The pics of your work are quite impressive. You're definitely doing a very nice job - I have no doubt that you can adjust as you see fit.
