Coop pics, almost done!! Couple questions! :)

Heres our coop, still needs alot done but little stuff. Its liveable for the chicks that are 6 weeks old now. But they arent out there yet! Im kinda scared to put them out there. Its still chilly here in Ohio so i thought id put there heat lamp in there too. Should we paint or lenoleum the floor? I think i might put them out there today. Just nervous but theyre running out of room in the brooder!!!

Here they are patiently waiting for there coop to be done!! lol

Almost done, temporary doors so the chicks can be in there, going to cedar side it, and have to do the run and make there door and a couple more windows! Cant wait for it to be done!!

That looks great! You guys did a nice job! I don't think it is a bad idea to put the heat lamp out there, until the weather warms up. Just make sure it is safe, and the chickens can get away from it, if it is too warm... Enjoy your chicken adventure!

Looks great! I think linoleum will last longer, paint will eventually wear off.. I use linoleum for mine. Got a 18x6 pieve from Restore for $5.

Put linoleum down. Putting the lock on the door and putting the heat lamp out there. Then my chicks first night in the coop. I'm so nervous!!!!! I'm so worried about predators!! But I think they will be fine for now. We still have the run to do and cedar side the coop. I hope they do ok tonight!!
