Just google Hubbard or Indian River. Any of the big companies that sell chicken meat. And click on there feeding regiments etc.
They can tell you how much feed each bird eats per day. And how much water they drink.

Probably a cross of some kind. With those long, skinny legs, it can't be a Cornish. Although, there may be some out there calling some like that a Buff Cornish? Its tail is way too high for it as well.

What do your dark cornish hens/roos dress out to and at what ages? Do you feed them higher protein to get to a higher weight?

Mine are really compact but pretty heavy. I'm wondering if it would behoove me to wait a bit longer to process. They're about 3 months old. They are NOT cornish cross.
