coturnix and Bobwhite together?

Ive recently raised coturnix quail aince they were a day old. Once they were old enought i put them outside. Somwthing weaseledninto the cage and ate 6 out of the 9. Now i cant find anymore in my area for sale but can get bobwhite quail.
Is ok to place the 2 breeds in the same cage?
Are you aloud to mix breeds of quail without them fighting and carrying on? Not sure what is best bc this is my first time owning quail

The Bob's are going to be more aggressive than the pharaohs.I have a one week old bob in the same brooder as some three old pharaohs and he is holding is own.The little rascal dont take any crap from the older birds.

I was wondering this myself, I guess I'll keep mine separate.

I keep mine separate. The cots are too calm to be with Bob's in my opinion.

Sorry for your loss. I just lost one to a predator recently my self. 6 of 9 really sucks.

I think that I am going to keep the little Bob as a pet.Ive gotten attached to the little bird.

I have a pair of bobs that were hatched and raised with my regular cots and they get along well. I tried to move the bobs into their own pen and they called endlessly for the other birds until I put them back together. I have only been able to add hens successfully as the male will attack any new males. Hens he accepts just fine though.
