Cream Legbar acting lethargic and drooping tail feathers. Newbie here

The last 3 days my cream legbar as been acting really lethargic. Walking and closing her eyes and laying down alot. She's still eating some and drinking, but something is not right and I honestly have no idea what to do. Any help is appreciated. Shes about 8 months old and has been laying for about 1.5 months.

I had this about a year ago and it turned out to be heat stroke. Also watch the chickens for a hour to see how they interact with each other, she could be being bullied. As well another thing it may be is worms so Worm all the chickens asap. Hope this helps.
