Crested Cream Legbar markings

This is Hawkeye. We got her from a Hatchery as a day old chick this past December so she's just about 3 months old now.
She is so pretty but I think she has the wrong markings? My understanding is that crested cream legbars shouldn't have those black specks on their breast feathers, right? I don't have any real knowledge about standards but I'm curious what it means. Would love some feedback about whether this means she will produce blue eggs.

Also, taking good pics is not easy so I apologize if they aren't that great. And she's not fully grown yet, only three months. I would appreciate any feedback. I'm trying to learn more.

Its true, those marking are the sign of the pattern gene(Pg) where did she get those markings from is a mistery but anything can be expected from hatchery birds
