Crockpot Incubator Saga III: Shipped Quails Eggs...?!

And they’re out!

7/10 of the fertile eggs made it.
The first one to go quit half way through incubation. One died during zip and another was fully formed but didn’t pip internally. Overall, some promising numbers

For the most part these eggs were incubated upright without being turned. I think they did really well!

One week old. I’m hardly at home these days, so time seems to pass by much faster

Got some interesting colors! None will be white from what I can tell. I don’t really know how to describe their chick down, so photos will have to do for now...

they will lay everyday with enough light. I decided to supplement light for them since my chickens are not currently laying, and I still want my eggs...
