If i cross an araucana/americauna with another white or brown egg laying breed... Is it possible the chicks they produce will be able to lay blue eggs?

Nope.

Well, I guess if you cross a blue egg layer with a white egg layer, you'd get a pale blue.

But if your first gen birds lay green eggs you won't get back to blue by breeding to white or brown. You'll get light green and green, brown or khaki.

if your Araucana/Ameraucana lays blue eggs and you cross it to a white egg layer, then yes, you will be able to get more blue(pale blue) egg layers, but if you cross it to a brown egg layer you will produce green eggers...
