I have 23 bantam easter eggers hens and 3 roosters from Meyers Hatchery 5 months old. The hens all lay light green eggs, any suggestion what breed of pullet I could introduce to get more variety of egg color?

Unless you test your Easter Egger cockerels you won't know if they possess the blue gene, have one copy or two so it's a bit of guess work. If you breed them to a true Ameraucana or Cream Legbar you should get more blue/green egg layers. Using a non barred cockerel to a Cream Legbar will also produce sex-links.
If you want more variety add some brown layers, a dark laying Marans for a chance of darker green (aka "Olive") and browns, throw in a Cuckoo Marans with a non barred cockerel and you will also make sex-links. Lighter brown, tan or cream layers for lighter greens and browns

Spelling is important here. There is a true breed, spelled Ameraucana. Then there are any number of Easter Eggers, which are hybrids or "mutts," and sold under a variety of misspellings such as Americanas, Ameracanas, Ameracaunas, etc. If you have a true purebred Ameraucana you'll know it by the price you paid.
