Crow collar for Swedish flower roo

I need some help.
I have problems with my neighbours, complaining about my too Roos. At the end i just want to keep one but jet i did not come to the point which one. So i need some time for my decision.
What size do you think i must take, m or l?

Do they sell them with certain length measurements?
You could measure the roe's neck..or where ever it goes on the body.

I didn't know what these were so I looked on you tube a few months ago.
They had someone make his own with just Velcro I think.?
