Cut unabsorbed yolk sac?

Poor baby! . I would love to hear what @casportpony has to say about this.

After 5 minutes, the draining stopped . The baby is sleeping and I'm giving it some surface water every five hours. It's chirping and learning to walk. The yolk is turning black but seems to not be bothering the baby. At this point I'm wondering if the yolk will just shrivel up and fall off.

I'm actually holding it right now.... I don't think it's going to make it. It's trying to breathe. It's chirping, it's yolk sack has actually shrank but I think it got infected because it's oozing green slimy stuff .

I understand that. I just found it looking for answers and figured i could leave it there for the next person that may need it
