This is my six month old Blue Laced Red Wyandotte Cockerel, "Gibbs"
He's a very dark Blue variety. I think he's gorgeous and so do the BLRW hens!

Gibbs is a BIG, gorgeous, GENTLE boy!
In this picture, he and one of my Splash, BLRW hens are feeling left out as I'm taking pictures of my bantam Cochins in the paddock.

This picture shows Gibbs (on the right) along with my Splash, BLRW cockerel, "Levi", enjoying their first tomato!

I have to admit, as much as I love my bantam Cochins, If I could only keep one breed of chickens, I think I would choose my BLRW! They are so beautiful, big, curious and friendly!
