Why do chicks have to be SO CUTE?!

Freshly hatched this morning (and already inseparable)
Waipahi chickens (a breed developed in New Zealand, pronounced "why-PAH-hee")
They don't have names yet

These eggs took 10 days to get to me through the post so I'm very happy to have 2 very healthy chicks (out of 6 eggs).

Rules:
1 chick per post. 3 posts per member. Chick must be under 6 weeks old. Contest includes but is not limited to bantam, standard, and mix breed chicks. Only baby chickens aloud, no other poultry.

What the max age for the chicks I have some 5 month old pullets I know their not really chicks anymore but could I still enter????

They have to be under 6 weeks old. Once they are older than 6 weeks old they are considered pullets and cockerels. Sorry. You can post pictures of when they were chicks, though.

She’s a silkie but when she was a chick it was hard to tell her breed
