Diabetic cheesecake recipe

2 pks low fat cream cheese
1 container of sugar free cool whip
1/4 cup equil
1 tsp lemon juice

crust
graham cracker crumbs
mix in some low fat margerine
till moist and can press firmly in pan
mix together cream cheese (room temp)
equil and lemon juice till smooth then fold in cool whip
this makes two cheese cakes
refrigerate
