did my bantam rooster breed my leghorns?

Like, is that even possible? 3/4 of my white chicks that I had hatch are WAY smaller than the others. are they runts or just small because they're leghorns or did Wingding fit on the Leghorn hens?

they're all the same age and Wingding my little roo was out for a couple weeks with mainly the leghorns.
 
Roosters chicks are bigger then hen chicks, and as they grow they keep getting bigger, because they bump hens away from feed bowls.

Do some of the chicks have different mothers than others? I think the bantam rooster probably is the father of some of them, but different mothers might also explain some of the size differences.
