Different sized chicks

I have 5 chicks- all the same age. One had some issues (not entirely sure what, though we put her through a Corid cycle and then gave her NutriDrench), and she’s half the size of the others. They’re all 5 weeks, and the other four are really ready to move outside. How can I handle this with the little one? She still needs more warmth and definitely doesn’t have as many feathers. The others keep staging races in the brooder and knocking over their water.

They might need a bigger brooder. You can make a mash (like oatmeal) out of the chick feed with the nutridrench and some egg yolk, that will help her catch up if it's nutritional.

Might want to keep them in a bit longer until the wee one has a bit more size. And as mentioned a bigger brooder may help with the knocking over the waterer.
