I just got 3 rescued hens and this is the 2nd morning I've had them. They are all about 1 1/2 years old I thought it would take a few days to calm down from the move and resume laying. But I started getting eggs from them yesterday morning. This morning when I check the nest box I found one egg in it and it had a big pile of poop on it how what do I do to clean it off and is there a way to stop the girls from doing it?

I know that the most likely suspects is one of these 2 girls

they are the only possibilities because the other one rescue is a leghorn and the egg I found was a light tan or pinkish colored egg

Birds are in great shape for rescues. Eggs laid were already 'in process'. Hens may still take a break in egg laying due to the change in environment. Any possibility they were roosting in the nest box ? Happens sometimes if the roosts are lower than the nest boxes.

Defecation may be delayed while the hen is laying a egg due to the blockage of the cloaca.IME its more common with hen that take longer to lay eggs. You can wash the egg and put it in the fridge. It should be fine to eat.

the one with the black beak is Miss Scarlet & the one with white beek is Miss Polly

I have two that look like your white one and mine are White Plymouth Rocks and then i have 2 of the Barred Plymouth Rocks. i have 10 Hens and 2 Roo's, and just adopted a Blue Rosecomb that went broody and has 6 baby chicks(she was left behind by old owners)all together but both of those breeds (White & Barred Plymouth Rocks)take a long time in the nesting box and on occasion there is poo on a few eggs. I do know that sometimes having poo on the eggs could mean worms or something like that but if it's like they had a full bowel movement I know it's because they nested for so long.
