I had 2 while Sussex and 1 isa brown. I purchased 2 barnaveldas about 4 months old. I introduced them slowly and they seemed to integrate well. 2 mornings ago I went down to feed the chickens and the barnaveldas were both dead. They didn’t seem to have any obvious injuries just blood around the eyes/head.
Would this be the work of a predator or more likely that the other chickens killed them?

Hi Marion, I'm so sorry that happened to you. I wish I could help but I don't know. You should post your question as a new thread so people with more experience than I have can help you out. :hugs
