imho, if you want want to time the new waxing moon and the house of pisces, hatch them late on april 20th

may 2012
new moon the 20th
moon in fruitful signs
cancer 26, 27
scorpio 7th
pisces 15, 16, 17, 18

if you hatch on the 26th, you are still in the first quarter of the moon cycle and fruitful sign of cancer.
